Rudisa group of Companies; one of Suriname’s biggest conglomerates. For Warsha Sardjoe (36), Chief Operating Officer, of Rudisa International N.V., the “Sky” is the limit.
At a very young age, she learned the trades and all its facets. She started with selling poultry as a part time job within her small family based, company, that would later grow into a fast multinational organization with a 1000 plus employees.
Warsha has multiple degrees in Business and Finance. She has experience in mediating, strategic (long and short term) planning, change management and financial reform. She is an active member of numerous organizations promoting education, change and empowerment to our youth and young professionals.
In 2020, Warsha was assigned as the new Honorary Consul of Finland to Suriname. Her mission’s focus is to promote a solid basis for education in Suriname, sustainable forestry and trade between both countries.
